Spaced Out Kids" thrives on an urban streetwear identity, featuring bold and unconventional designs that speak to the youth culture. The target audience includes fashion-forward young adults who seek to stand out in the urban jungle. The mission is to offer unique and edgy streetwear that resonates with urban youth and celebrates self-expression.
The central design challenge SOK undertook was to craft a logo that was not only cool but also exceptionally versatile. The objective was to create a logo that could seamlessly adapt to different backgrounds and colors, enabling its application across various products and marketing materials.
To address the challenge of balancing urban streetwear trends with brand authenticity, I created a captivating and memorable logo in the form of a "trippy" astronaut. The trippy astronaut logo extends beyond branding and is incorporated into clothing, accessories, and other merchandise, contributing to the brand's visual appeal. The black logo's monochromatic nature allows it to harmoniously blend with virtually any background color, ensuring it can be used across a wide range of products without the need for constant design modifications.
